Presented by Dr. Tiffany Lashmet, Associate Professor & Extension Specialist – Agricultural Law, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension
This presentation will offer a high-level overview of Texas groundwater and surface water law. Dr. Lashmet will also cover several key cases related to each. Additionally, she will provide an update on the current WOTUS situation on the federal level.
One CEU hour of Laws & Regulations will be offered to Private Applicator pesticide license holders.
